One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one active pkoka account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balances. Register once with accurate personal details.

pkoka is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age and identity verification is required before processing any withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed immediately with all funds frozen.
Taka-Only Transactions
All deposits and withdrawals on pkoka are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported bank channels. No foreign currency conversion is applied.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements detailed at the time of offer. Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover conditions are fully met.
Fair Play Policy

1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and pkoka (hereinafter referred to as "pkoka", "the Platform", "we", or "us"). By creating a pkoka account, logging into the platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game or service offered on pkoka, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.
These Terms apply to all services provided by pkoka, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, slot games, instant-win games, virtual sports, promotional offers, and any future services added to the platform. Where specific products or promotions carry their own supplemental terms, those supplemental terms operate alongside these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the supplemental terms take precedence over these general Terms for the specific product or promotion in question.
pkoka operates as an online entertainment platform. All content, services, games, odds, and promotional offers are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkoka does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no responsibility for losses arising from technical downtime, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond pkoka's reasonable control.
Language of Agreement: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation into any other language, the English version of these Terms shall prevail in all circumstances.
pkoka reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of pkoka after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revision, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. The most current version of the Terms is always accessible at pkoka.app/terms-conditions.
1.1 Governing Language and Interpretation
All communications between pkoka and its users — including these Terms, bonus offer descriptions, support interactions, account notifications, and promotional communications — are conducted in English. Bengali language support may be available through the live chat team for conversational assistance, but all contractual and legal documents are binding in their English form only.
Where any term or provision in these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that specific provision shall be severed from the Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
1.2 Acceptance of Risk
Online betting and casino gaming involve financial risk. By using pkoka, you acknowledge that you may lose the funds you deposit and wager. pkoka strongly encourages all players to engage with the platform responsibly, to set personal limits, and to treat gaming as entertainment rather than a source of income. pkoka provides responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session controls, and self-exclusion — as standard features accessible from your account dashboard.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
18+ pkoka is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. It is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions to allow minors to participate in gambling. pkoka enforces a strict minimum age policy and employs age verification procedures as part of its account registration and withdrawal processes. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any bonuses claimed.
To be eligible to open and maintain a pkoka account, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period during which your account remains active:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing pkoka from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that using pkoka is lawful in your location.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You have not previously had a pkoka account closed for breach of these Terms.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or associate of pkoka or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
- You have not been subject to a self-exclusion order on pkoka or any affiliated platform that remains in effect.
- You are not depositing or wagering with funds obtained through illegal means.
pkoka reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing account review. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified by pkoka support may result in temporary account suspension or permanent closure.
2.1 Parental Controls
If you are a parent or guardian and you are concerned that a minor in your household may be accessing online gambling platforms, pkoka strongly recommends the use of third-party parental control software. pkoka supports industry-wide responsible gaming initiatives and cooperates with requests from parents or guardians who report underage access in good faith.
3. Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) pkoka account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a primary mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. pkoka will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify pkoka support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.
3.1 Account Security
pkoka employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform transactions and account interactions. You are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your pkoka account for an additional layer of security. Despite these protections, you remain responsible for all activity carried out through your account while logged in with your credentials.
pkoka reserves the right to freeze or suspend any account it reasonably suspects has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, pending completion of a security verification process. During any such suspension, deposits and withdrawals may be temporarily restricted.
3.2 One Account Policy
Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or through third-party individuals — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pkoka will close all secondary accounts, forfeit any bonus funds held within them, and may apply a permanent ban on the player's verified identity. Winnings generated through duplicate accounts will not be paid out.
3.3 Account Currency
All pkoka accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform does not support multi-currency accounts. Deposits made via international payment methods (where applicable) are converted to Taka at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and all balances, bonuses, wagering requirements, and withdrawal amounts are expressed in Taka.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
pkoka supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through verified payment methods registered to the account holder's confirmed identity. Supported payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. pkoka reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit on pkoka is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by pkoka, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. pkoka does not charge processing fees on deposits. Deposits are generally credited to your account within two minutes of confirmed payment. In exceptional cases, where a technical delay occurs, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing payment account belongs to another individual — are not permitted and will trigger a withdrawal hold pending identity verification.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal on pkoka is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. pkoka targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions once the withdrawal request has been approved and any applicable verification checks have been completed.
pkoka may request additional identity, address, or payment verification documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or where automated fraud checks flag a transaction for review. Players are advised to complete identity verification proactively to avoid delays.
Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where: (a) the account has an active bonus with unsatisfied wagering requirements; (b) the account is under security review; (c) the player has not completed the required KYC verification; or (d) a payment provider experiences technical issues outside pkoka's control.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering
pkoka operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. pkoka reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, withhold withdrawal processing pending AML review, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where legally required. Players must not use pkoka for the purpose of money laundering, structuring, or any other financially illegal activity. Accounts found to be engaged in such activity will be closed immediately, all balances held, and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities.
5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
pkoka offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, BPL season promotions, and seasonal offers timed around Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other cultural occasions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus credits issued by pkoka carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover requirement"). The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on the individual bonus offer page. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met using real-money wagers. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus, after which any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
Important: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100% per qualifying stake, while certain slot games and live casino tables may contribute at a reduced rate. Refer to the specific offer terms for the applicable contribution schedule.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
pkoka actively monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposite-sided bets to guarantee a rollover without genuine risk (bonus hunting), using multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, and employing betting strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal variance. Where bonus abuse is identified, pkoka reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and in serious cases close the account.
5.3 Promotion Eligibility
pkoka reserves the right to exclude specific players from specific promotions at its discretion, and to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Promotional offers are generally available to players with accounts in good standing — meaning no active security flags, no outstanding identity verification requests, and no history of material Terms breaches. pkoka may impose a maximum bet restriction on accounts playing with active bonus credits.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using pkoka, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform in any way that: causes damage to pkoka or any third party; interferes with other players' experience; circumvents platform security; or facilitates illegal activity of any kind.
6.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkoka:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or extract data from the platform.
- Employing a VPN, proxy server, or other tool to misrepresent your geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or calculation errors in odds or game payouts. Any winnings resulting from a verifiable platform error may be voided at pkoka's discretion.
- Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, or software from the pkoka platform without explicit written permission.
- Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward pkoka staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts or to pkoka's backend systems.
- Using pkoka for commercial purposes, including operating an agency betting service on behalf of third parties.
6.2 Responsible Use
You agree to use pkoka's responsible gaming tools — deposit limits, session controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic. pkoka's support team is available 24/7 to assist with setting these controls. 7. Account Suspension & Closure
pkoka reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; (c) the account holder is under the age of 18; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to pkoka.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pkoka reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money funds and bonus credits, where the breach involved fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or identity misrepresentation. In cases where an account is closed for administrative or commercial reasons not involving player fault, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting pkoka support at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all KYC verification requirements are satisfied and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations exist. Voluntary account closures are typically processed within 48 hours of request confirmation.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from pkoka for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of a minimum of six months or a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the account is fully locked — no login, no deposit, and no communication from pkoka's promotional team. Players who are self-excluded should not attempt to open new accounts on pkoka or any affiliated platform. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms and the new account will be closed immediately upon identification.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkoka's total liability to any player arising from or related to the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pkoka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising from or related to your use of the platform, even if pkoka has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pkoka does not accept liability for losses arising from: force majeure events (including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or telecommunications failures); third-party payment provider delays or errors; or decisions made by a player based on game outcomes, betting odds, or promotional communications.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute between a player and pkoka should be reported to pkoka support in the first instance at [email protected]. pkoka commits to responding to formal dispute notifications within five business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and pkoka with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
